Pacific Crest Rose Parade Tour – The 130th Tournament of Roses Parade

FAMILY AND FRIENDS OF PACIFIC CREST ROSE PARADE EXCURSION
5:30 AM One (1) Bus Spot at Diamond Bar HS by gymnasium
5:40 AM Meet at Diamond Bar HIgh School
6:00 AM Depart for Pasadena
6:44 AM Arrive at Pasadena City College
Upon arrival, proceed to 1650 E. Colorado Grandstands. Bus parking pass provided.
8:00 AM 130th Tournament of Roses Parade steps off.
11:00 AM Walk back to your motor coach
11:30 AM Depart for Diamond Bar High School
12:30 PM Arrive back at DBHS
PACIFIC CREST DRUM AND BUGLE CORPS
4:00 AM Wake up, breakfast
4:30 AM Four (4) Buses Spot at Diamond Bar HS by gymnasium
5:00 AM Meet in gym with your instrument and uniform
5:30 AM Depart for Pasadena
6:20 AM Arrive at Parade Staging Area (210 Freeway at Del Mar)
When directed, disembark, claim your instruments and proceed up the on-ramp.Re-assemble at our designated spot.
8:00 AM 2019 TOURNAMENT OF ROSES PARADE
8:36 AM Pacific Crest Steps-Off from Del Mar and Orange Grove
8:56 AM Green Street and TV Corner.
10:30 AM Arrive at Victory Park, proceed to the buses to load and change
In N Out Lunch with meal tickets
12:30 PM Depart Victory Park for Diamond Bar HS
1:30 PM Arrive Diamond Bar HS, unload and re-pack EQ Trailer
Uniforms go back on the EQ
Clean facility
