Scholarship Funds

Eugene Rothstein Memorial Fund
A long-time fan and supporter of drum corps and Pacific Crest, Eugene Rothstein marched in New York through the 1940’s. He saw how it changed the rest of his life, and understood the power of music and the spirit of group effort. After he passed away in 2002, his wife, Sydelle, and his daughter, Jacquelin Siff, established this scholarship fund to help members who have financial need and can articulate the life-enriching lessons they hope to learn from the Pacific Crest experience.

Zachary Headden Memorial Fund
As Drum Major for Pacific Crest in 2008 and 2009, Zachary Robert Headden demonstrated leadership, teamwork and a strong work ethic. His participation with Pacific Crest was a significant life experience for him. Zach was killed in November of 2009 in an automobile accident. His family established this scholarship fund to help veteran members of the corps whose experiences and values reflect Zach’s contributions to Pacific Crest.
