CHRIS STANLEY is a freelance Musician, Audio Engineer, and Educator originally from the city of Chicago, Illinois.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Trumpet Performance from Morehouse College (Atlanta, GA) and a Masters degree in Jazz Studies with a concentration in Commercial Music Production from the University of Central Oklahoma (Edmond, OK).

Chris has been involved in the Drum Corps tradition since 2004 (2011-Present as an instructor), and specializes in high brass instruction, ensemble methods, and the physical/mental conditioning required for performances.

Don Click

Don Click
Design Coordinator

DON CLICK is co-founder of Independent World Class percussion group Music City Mystique and served as the Executive Director until 2006. He remains active on the McM Board of Directors and the Design Team.

Don is a sought-after designer and program coordinator for marching band and winter percussion programs nationwide. Touching all WGI percussion divisions, he has had numerous finalists and medal recipients in his 22 year history. He continues to actively judge in all areas of the performing arts.

Don’s drum corps affiliation is diverse and goes back many years including marching the The Bayonne Bridgemen, Suncoast Sound and the Blue Devils.

With Winter Guard International, Don has served as a member of the Percussion Advisory Board, Percussion Steering Committee, and the Board of Directors. He was inducted into the Winter Guard International Hall of Fame in 2010 and the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit Hall of Fame in 2013. Don currently serves on the WGI Executive Committee as Treasurer. He has also served as President and Percussion Coordinator of the Southeastern Color Guard Circuit.

Don resides in Katy, Texas, with his wife Stephanie and their children Avery and Piper.

Glen Crosby

Program Coordinator and Director of Percussion

GLEN CROSBY is an independent music educator, arranger, consultant and performer with a specialization in marching percussion. He currently runs the marching percussion program at UCLA, works with Arcadia High School and consults with marching bands, winter percussion ensembles, and drum and bugle corps. He has taught and consulted with Pulse Percussion since 2009.

Glen began his marching percussion career in 1981 as a performer with the Blue Devils, and aged out in 1984. He went on to work with the Garfield Cadets, Santa Clara Vanguard, Velvet Knights, Capital Regiment, Glassmen, Freelancers, Blue Knights, Academy, and Carolina Crown achieving five DCI World Championships (Cadets (1985), Santa Clara Vanguard (1989, 1999), Carolina Crown (2013) and five High Percussion Awards in his various roles as a consultant, battery technician, assistant caption head, and technique manager for the Santa Clara Vanguard (1988, 1989, 1998, 2004) and the Cadets (2003).

Glen is a member of the Vic Firth Educational team, and is also a Remo artist. He resides in Long Beach, CA.

Ezekiel Lanser

Battery Percussion Arranger and Composer

Ezekiel Lanser was born and raised on the central coast of California, and spent his middle and high school years in Gilbert, Arizona. He went on to study percussion, arranging, and composition at the University of North Texas where he received his B.M. in Percussion Performance. He spent his drum corps marching career with the Seattle Cascades, Esperanza, and the Phantom Regiment (2006-2007). His indoor percussion marching career included Momentum Percussion Theater and Pulse Percussion.

Currently living in Southern California, Ezekiel is in demand as a show designer, music composer, and arranger within the marching arts. His music has been competitively and successfully represented nationwide in WBA, BOA, SCPA, WGI, and DCI. As an educator, Ezekiel is currently the percussion caption head at Pacifica High School and is on the design and music staff at Los Alamitos High School. He is also on music staff as a snare technician at Pulse Percussion.

Ezekiel has held a number of roles in the marching arts over the last 7 years. He served as a tech then ensemble coordinator for POW Percussion before moving to Pulse Percussion as a snare tech in 2016. Ezekiel has been on percussion staff with the Boston Crusaders, Phantom Regiment, and most recently completed his 3rd year as a snare tech for the Santa Clara Vanguard.

Ezekiel currently lives in Huntington Beach, California.

Jenifer Guldner

Jenifer received her B.A from CSUF in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, and is currently working on a dual M.A. at Webster University. She has been part of the color guard activity since middle school, and performed with Esperanza Drum & Bugle Corps, Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps, Corona and Fantasia.

In addition to her role at Pacific Crest, Jen is Human Resource Administrative Coordinator for Creative Costuming & Designs. She is married to Tim Tintari, an alumnus of Pacific Crest. They have a little boy, Nicholas, a daughter on the way, and two dogs, Noodles and Emma.

Drew Zellmer

Choreographer and Color Guard Instructor

Originally from Chapel Hill North Carolina, DREW ZELLMER has had the opportunity to perform with the Madison Scouts Drum and Bugle Corps, Wakefield Independent, and First Flight World.

Drew currently serves as the Director of Cape Fear High School (2016 WGI Scholastic Open Bronze Medalist), Legacy Presented by Carolina Gold (2016 WGI Independent A Bronze Medalist), and Corinth Holders High School (2016 WGI Norfolk Scholastic A Champion). Drew also serves as the Color Guard Caption Head for the Carolina Gold Drum and Bugle Corps from Raleigh North Carolina.

Throughout his teaching career Drew has also worked with various programs around North Carolina including First Flight Winter Guard, Wakefield High School, Cary Senior High School, and Northwest Cabarrus High School.

Drew currently resides in Clayton North Carolina.
